The SWF Giving Market celebrates small businesses and services run by families and caregivers in our community. Each participant agrees to donate 10% of proceeds from SWF-driven sales to support research, advocacy, and education programs.

Do:

✓ Offer family-appropriate, inclusive products and services.
✓ Represent your offerings truthfully and accurately.
✓ Communicate promptly with customers and SWF staff.
✓ Submit donation reports quarterly to maintain good standing.

Don’t:

✖️ No political, discriminatory, or adult content.
✖️ No unverified health or medical claims.
✖️ No resale or drop-shipping of unverified products.
✖️ No use of SWF logos or materials without written permission.

Foundation Rights:

The Sturge-Weber Foundation reserves the right to approve, deny, edit, or remove any listing or feature at its discretion. Listings may be modified for clarity or formatting. Participation may be suspended for non-compliance with SWF guidelines or inappropriate content.

Hold Harmless Agreement:

By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless The Sturge-Weber Foundation, its staff, and volunteers from any liability arising from your participation or business transactions. The SWF Giving Market is a promotional platform only. SWF assumes no responsibility for product quality, delivery, or customer satisfaction.
